Mitigating Conditions <br /> <br /> 53. That the developer shall provide abundant bike storage <br /> facilities throughout the subject property. <br /> <br /> 54~ That any businesses on the subject property which employ <br /> over 50 employees shall use their best efforts to establish <br /> van pool programs and stagger work hours to reduce peak <br /> traffic generation. <br /> <br /> 55. That the developer shall pay his appropriate share <br /> of all. traffic control devices, including traffic <br /> signals, on Stoneridge Mall Road needed to make that ? <br /> road function smoothly. <br /> <br /> 56. That development on the subject property may continue <br /> until the intersections at Foothill Road/Canyon Way, <br /> Foothill Road/Deodar Way, Foothill Road/Stoneridge <br /> Drive, Stoneridge Drive/Springdale Avenue, Stone- <br /> ridge Drive/Stoneridge Mall Roa~,I Stoneridge Drive/ <br /> 1-680 SB off-ramp and Stoneridge Drive/I-680 NB <br /> off-ramp reach level of service (LOS) D as described in <br /> the Traffic Impact Analysis, Stoneridge Center Complex, <br /> prepared by Barton Asclnnan Associates. At such time, <br /> no construction on the site not already started may be <br /> commenced until mitigation measures are takento return <br /> those intersections to LOS C. Mitigation measures could <br /> include the construction of the Stoneridge interchange <br /> or the use of van pooling, staggering hours of operation, <br /> public transportation or other transportation programs <br /> which would reduce overall t~affic levels. <br /> <br /> 57. That all recommendations contained in the 7/30/81 <br /> Noise Assessment ~tUdy from Edward L. Pack Associates <br /> shall be adhered to. ..r <br /> <br /> 58.
