Section 2: Approves the rezoning of the approximately 4.6 acre site located between First Street and the " Southern Pacific railroad right-of-way from Angela Street to the extension of Bernal Avenue and between Neal Street, Angela Street, the Southern Pacific railroad right-of-way and a line approximately 250 feet east of Main Street from C-C (.Central Commercial) and 0 (Office) to PUD-Commercial/Offices and rezoning Delucchi and Wayside Parks located on the west side of First Street, between Angela Street and a point approximately 350 feet north of Neal Street from C-C (Central Commercial) to PUD (Planned Unit Development-Open Space, Parks and Recreation). Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~236, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated November 24, 1981, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 5: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," -. a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 6: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
