WORKPLAN <br /> PRODUCTS: <br /> AD Draft / Preliminary Draft/ Draft Specific Plan Documents <br /> Remaining Issues Summary Report <br /> Presentation Materials <br /> MEETINGS: <br /> Task Force 4 <br /> Community Workshop <br /> City Council <br /> TASK 8— The format and content of the East Pleasanton.Specific Plan HR wilt be in full <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL compliance with the CEQ/-1 Guidelines and City of Pleasanton's environmental policies <br /> IMPACT REPORT and ordinances. The FIR will draw from the General Plan and General Plan FIR as <br /> well as the I IR prepared for the Housing Y?lement and Climate Action Plan General <br /> Plan Amendment and Regonings. The Specific Plan HR may tier from these documents <br /> where appropriate. <br /> HR organization mill include existing conditions, impacts, and mitigation measures <br /> discussions addressing issues and impacts specific to the Specific Plan. I CS will <br /> supplement text with graphics and summary tables to present informateon in a concise and <br /> easy-to-understand foormat. The proposed scope of work that follows is oganiged into major <br /> tasks. Refinements to the scope of work, budget, and project schedule will be discussed, if <br /> needed, at the direction of the City. <br /> The environmental impact report(EIR)will analyze land uses and densities of development <br /> as described in the Specific Plan, including rezoning, annexation, and design guidelines. <br /> .Subsequent projects that are within the envelope of land uses and intensities analyzed in the <br /> EIR can potentially he cleared with design review,site-specific studies where needed, and a <br /> CEQ/I addendum to demonstrate that the level of impact would be within the envelope <br /> already analyzed and disclosed <br /> Subtask 8.I - Project Meet with City staff and the Planning Team to obtain information necessary <br /> Initiation and Organization for preparation of the project description, establish lines of communication <br /> among various Planning Team members, and become familiar with any new <br /> issues and concerns identified for FIR analysis. Specific tasks include the <br /> following: <br /> Attend an initial orientation meeting with City staff and the Planning Team to <br /> review the project description and the proposed project scope of work,and <br /> to confirm the elements that will be included in descriptions of the project <br /> and alternatives to the proposed project. <br /> Coordinate with the Planning Team to develop conceptual alternative <br /> planning concepts that will reduce project impacts. <br /> Refine the project schedule,if needed, based upon agreements reached <br /> during contract negotiations and on information discussed after the <br /> completion of project technical studies. <br /> Receive all existing reference and research materials related to the Specific <br /> Plan area and vicinity,including base maps, aerial photographs,background <br /> reports,other relevant Specific Plan EIRs prepared for the City. <br /> GATES Li <br /> +ASSOCIATES <br />
