That electric power distribution, gas distribution, communi- <br /> cation service, and any required alarm systems be installed <br /> underground in a joint utility trench unless otherwise <br /> specifically approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 29. That the developer be responsible for the installation of <br /> the street lighting system within the development. That <br /> the number and location of street lights shall be as <br /> determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 30. That the developer Submit a landscape plan as Dart of the <br /> tentative map submittal. This plan should include a street <br /> tree planting plan;landscape plans for medians, buffer <br /> strips, and any right-of-way landscape areas. <br /> <br /> 31.
