According to the developer, at least one of these projects would be <br /> likely to move forward immediately. Future projects on the BART station property, on <br /> the Sheraton Hotel site, at Stoneridge Shopping Center, and the CarrAmerica site are <br /> also likely to be mixed-use TOD development.
