Deliverables: 50%Plans and an updated Cost Estimate, Preliminary Water Quality Plan, Final Geotechnical Recommendations, Illustrative Landscape Exhibits, Plats& Legal Descriptions for right-of- way acquisition. 2.2 Design Submittal—100%Level—Plans, Specifications and Estimates Based on the approval of the 50%design plans, incorporate City and stakeholder design comments and develop the design PS&E documents including at a minimum: • 100%design construction documents for: • Street and Drainage improvement plans • Signing and Striping Plans • Joint trench Utility relocation drawings • Detailed Traffic Signal designs • Landscape and Irrigation Plans including all associated installation details • Street Lighting • Special Specifications(not included in the City's Standard Specification)and Updated Project Estimates from all disciplines. • Draft Water Quality Report Deliverables: 100%Plans, Specifications, and an updated Cost Estimate.
