Both timeclocks <br /> function satisfactorily.Box latch hardware is secure.Filter pump clock is <br /> missing the insulator plate. Mounting board is worn so box mounting is loose. <br /> Filter Pump: One HP WhisperFlo pump functions satisfactorily. Pipe connections are secure <br /> and do not leak,conduit connector is secure,bonding wire is in place. Pump <br /> does not leak,lid and basket are functional. Circuit breakers are functional. <br /> Filter: Cartridge filter functions satisfactorily. Pipe connections are secure,tank clamp <br /> is secure,air relief valve is functional,pressure gauge is functional. <br /> Heater: Laars Lite is not functional.No pipe connection leaks. <br /> Pool Sweep: Booster pump at equipment pad is functional,circuit breakers are functional, <br /> metal conduit is rusted through and wires are exposed. Bonding wire is in place. <br /> Output hose connection is loose and leaks. Polaris 280 is functional,back-up <br /> valve is functional,wheels are out of adjustment,one hose swivel is broken,unit <br /> has a non-standard debris bag that does not fit well. <br /> Solar: None. <br /> Spa Blower/ Air blower is functional,conduit is secure,bonding wire is in place. <br /> Booster Pump <br /> Control Valves: Two manual Ortega valves are functional and do not leak but are not labeled. <br /> Maintenance Tools: Telescoping pole is bent and not functional,wall brush and vacuum hose are <br /> worn. A leaf rake and a vacuum head are available. <br /> Safety: Pool and spa drain covers are not VGB Act approved types. Perimeter fencing <br /> has some loose sections,side gate has a locking bolt but is not self-closing. <br /> Other gates have secure latches with self-closing hardware.Pool is equipped <br /> with safety rope hooks.Decking around pool is drilled for a perimeter safety <br /> fence. <br />
