This report is intended solely for the use of the addressees in evaluating their potential purchase of the subject <br /> property and may not be relied upon by them for any other purpose or by any other individuals or entities for any <br /> purpose. Aside from the addressees,there are no intended beneficiaries. <br /> 2. This report is the product of a visual inspection only. A visual inspection may not reveal defects that are present, <br /> including but not limited to:a)Underground leaks of the pool/spa shell and water pipes.b)Underground corrosion of <br /> metal electrical conduit and natural gas pipes.c)Soil erosion and/or other ground movement that may affect the <br /> structural integrity of the pool/spa shell and its decking and supporting operating equipment.d)Damage caused by poor <br /> or improper drainage in the area of pool/spa and/or it's operating equipment. Amador Pool Service's inspection does <br /> not include or address any potential grading or drainage issues. Additional issues might be revealed through <br /> destructive testing or more in depth investigation. <br /> 3. This report is intended to inform the addressees of the general condition of the pooUspa and mechanical and <br /> electrical equipment on the date of the inspection.It neither warrants nor guarantees that the pool/spa or mechanical or <br /> electrical equipment will continue to be functional after the date of the inspection.It is not a warrantee or a guarantee of <br /> the structural integrity of the pool/spa or the mechanical integrity or the electrical integrity of the equipment or their <br /> fitness for the addressee's purposes. <br /> 4. In no event shall the liability of Amador Pool Service related to or arising out of this report exceed the fee charged <br /> by Amador Pool Service for the preparation of the report. <br /> 5. Amador Pool Service is not a surveyor,is not familiar with local zoning and land use regulations,and makes no <br /> representation or warranty that pool/spa or equipment are in conformity with local zoning and land use regulations. <br /> 6. Amador Pool Service has not researched any permit history regard to the pool/spa,the equipment,surrounding <br /> decking,or any structure related to the pooUspa or housing of the equipment. <br /> 7. Amador Pool Service has not researched local building codes and/or ordinances. This report addresses several <br /> basic safety issues but does not recommend specific remedies for issues contained in the report.The addressees are <br /> encouraged to investigate those issues and potential remedies independently. <br /> 8. The inspection did not include any interview of the sellers or review of purchase,repair,or service records relating <br /> to the pool/spa or equipment. The addressees are encouraged to undertake these actions. <br /> 9. The pool/spa and equipment should be operated in conformity with all manufacturer instructions, <br /> recommendations,and warnings. <br /> 10. Amador Pool Service will not knowingly perform and provide formal inspections for property sellers as this could <br /> be considered a conflict of interest. <br /> 11. Amador Pool Service holds a C61 class D35 limited specialty contractor's license from the California State <br /> Contractor's License Board. A class D35 limited specialty license entitles the licensee to install,replace or repair <br /> supporting pooUspa equipment and any above ground piping in connection with pools/spas. Amador Pool Service does <br /> not hold any other type of contractor's license. <br /> Rev.05/29/11 <br />
