Weir missing,basket,lid and float valve are functional. <br /> No visible cracks in body. <br /> Decking: Concrete cool-deck cantilever type.Expansion joints have failed and have been <br /> filled with mastic which has also failed. Most sections have cracking.Seal strip <br /> above tile is cracking. <br /> Coping: None. <br /> Diving Board: Anchors are secure,non-skid surface is intact. <br /> Lights: Pool and spa lights are functional,operate with switches at equipment pad. <br /> Switches are not properly labeled. Lights are on a proper GFI that tests <br /> satisfactorily.Fixtures are secure in their niches. <br /> Other: Water is cloudy but clean. Some evidence of some surface crack patches. <br />
