Change Orders - CONSULTANT will review proposed change orders for compliance with City requirements and coordinate CITY approval of any changes to future City facilities with CITY staff and Developer as necessary. Documentation - CONSULTANT shall document the weather, the Contractor's and any utility companies' activities on a daily basis. Documentation will include both written text and digital photographs. Progress photographs of the overall project are to be taken and a set included in the final project records. Design Clarification - CONSULTANT will monitor design clarification correspondence of Developer's Project Coordinator to ensure compliance with City requirements is maintained. 3. INSPECTION AND TESTING CONSULTANT will: • Provide full time construction inspection and sampling and materials testing in accordance with Caltrans or City procedures for all project items. Provide inspection oversight, sampling and materials testing for utility work. • Coordinate and schedule the activities of testing laboratory technicians including gamma-gamma logging of CIDH piles. • Test methods and testing frequencies will be in accordance with Caltrans procedures and requirements. • Review test results and ensure that corrective work on any failing test results is completed and re-testing is performed to ensure compliance with contract requirements. • In conjunction with Developer and City staff, coordinate with local residents, and landowners to minimize impact of construction on said parties. • Enforce City required restrictions to access construction site as required • Maintain an up-to-date set of plans and specifications at the job site. • Review all certificates of inspections and tests.
