impact residents and potentially warrant advance public outreach actions. <br /> Change Orders - CONSULTANT will review proposed change orders <br /> for compliance with City requirements and coordinate CITY approval <br /> of any changes to future City facilities with CITY staff and Developer <br /> as necessary. <br /> Documentation - CONSULTANT shall document the weather, the <br /> Contractor's and any utility companies' activities on a daily basis. <br /> Documentation will include both written text and digital photographs. <br /> Progress photographs of the overall project are to be taken and a set <br /> included in the final project records. <br /> Design Clarification - CONSULTANT will monitor design clarification <br /> correspondence of Developer's Project Coordinator to ensure compliance <br /> with City requirements is maintained. <br /> 3. INSPECTION AND TESTING <br /> CONSULTANT will: <br /> • Provide full time construction inspection and sampling and <br /> materials testing in accordance with Caltrans or City procedures for <br /> all project items. Provide inspection oversight, sampling and <br /> materials testing for utility work. <br /> • Coordinate and schedule the activities of testing laboratory <br /> technicians including gamma-gamma logging of CIDH piles. <br /> • Test methods and testing frequencies will be in accordance with <br /> Caltrans procedures and requirements. <br /> • Review test results and ensure that corrective work on any failing <br /> test results is completed and re-testing is performed to ensure <br /> compliance with contract requirements. <br /> • In conjunction with Developer and City staff, coordinate with local <br /> residents, and landowners to minimize impact of construction on <br /> said parties. <br /> • Enforce City required restrictions to access construction site as <br /> required <br /> • Maintain an up-to-date set of plans and specifications at the job <br /> site. <br /> • Review all certificates of inspections and tests. <br />
