• Evaluate completed work in accordance with plans and <br /> specifications requirements. <br /> • Coordinate CITY participation in final inspection (walkthrough) and <br /> compile CITY comments and provide to Developer's Project <br /> Coordinator. <br /> • Provide final inspection comments (punch list) to Developer and <br /> ensure punch list items are completed. <br /> • Collect and check "red line mark-ups" of record drawing information <br /> as furnished by the Contractor and/or Developer. Ensure record <br /> drawing information is furnished to the Designer for preparation of <br /> permanent record drawings. Ensure CITY receives a copy of <br /> permanent record drawings. <br /> 4. POST CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br /> After acceptance of construction contract, CONSULTANT will obtain <br /> comprehensive project records and bridge construction records (per <br /> Caltrans requirements) from Developer and deliver said records to <br /> CITY. <br /> 5. DELIVERABLES <br /> • Daily reports of Contractor activities <br /> • Meeting Agendas and Minutes <br /> • Progress photos <br /> • Final Inspection comments <br /> • Record drawings <br /> • Project records <br />
