"Exhibit A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> TRACT 8020 - STAPLES RANCH, STONERIDGE DRIVE BRIDGES <br /> Provide construction inspection services and materials testing (including Gamma- <br /> Gamma Logging for CIDH piles) on the capital improvement project referred to as the <br /> Stoneridge Drive Bridge Project. <br /> 1. ORGANIZATION <br /> CONSULTANT will provide full-time (40+ hours/week) construction <br /> inspection for the above referenced Stoneridge Drive Bridge Project. <br /> During proposed winter shutdown, October 16, 2012 to April 14, 2013, <br /> CONSULTANT will provide spot inspections of project site and SWPPP <br /> measures. <br /> CONSULTANT Inspector will report to the City of Pleasanton City <br /> Engineer or his designee. CONSULTANT shall utilize Caltrans and/or <br /> City procedures and policies as appropriate. <br /> CONSULTANT shall have access to the on-site Developer provided <br /> construction office trailer for communication and coordination purposes. <br /> CONSULTANT will furnish pick-up truck, lap top computer, personal <br /> protective equipment, expendable office and field supplies for <br /> inspection personnel. <br /> 2. ADMINISTRATION <br /> Reporting - CONSULTANT Inspector will monitor the Contractor's <br /> operations and submit a daily report documenting the activities of <br /> the day. <br /> Project Meetings - CONSULTANT will attend the preconstruction <br /> conference, weekly progress meetings, and other project related meetings <br /> as necessary. Copies of meeting agendas and minutes will be delivered <br /> to CITY <br /> CPM Schedule - CONSULTANT will obtain a copy of Contractor's Critical <br /> Path Method schedules and monitor Contractor's progress. <br /> CONSULTANT will inform CITY of any construction delays that could <br /> impact the construction completion date or significant milestones. <br /> CONSULTANT will notify CITY of any construction activities that may <br />
