J. Spirometry - Baseline must be assessed in all uniformed personnel who may be <br /> required to wear breathing apparatus. A technician (if present) performing the <br /> pulmonary function test must be certified in the procedure. <br /> K. Spirogram - To include following tests: FEV 1, FVC, FEV 1/FVC, Peak <br /> Expiratory Flow Rate, Pre/Post Bronchodilator, DLCO, Lung Volumes <br /> L. Chest X-ray (every three years or when medically necessary) <br /> M. EKG (Resting) <br /> N. Cancer Screening Elements <br /> 1. Breast Exam* <br /> 2. Mammogram* (beginning at age 40) <br /> 3.
