At the conclusion of this task, the preliminary environmental analysis will be presented to the <br /> City and Zone 7 for internal review and comment. This document will serve as the basis to <br /> determine what level of environmental review and/or additional analysis will be required to <br /> comply with CEQA and NEPA. This task will also include the development of a scope, budget, <br /> and schedule for complying with CEQA and NEPA. <br /> Split of Services under Task 5: <br /> Carollo Team: <br /> - Prepare preliminary environmental analysis using CEQA/NEPA Checklist <br /> - Develop Scope, Budget and Schedule for actual and subsequent CEQA and NEPA Review <br /> Zone 7: <br /> -Assist with identifying salt and nutrient issues with increased use of recycled water in the Main <br /> Basin <br /> -Identify potential mitigation measures or additional demineralization facilities needed as a <br /> result of implementing the recycle water program <br /> - Review and comment on draft preliminary environmental analysis — CEQA/NE:PA Checklist <br /> document <br /> Task 6. Water Supply Alternatives Analysis <br /> Carollo will review and provide input and QA/QC on the information developed by Zone 7 for the <br /> water supply alternatives comparison. This analysis will compare the preferred project defined <br /> from the above tasks with other water supply options. <br /> Split of Services under Task 6: <br /> Carollo team: <br /> - Review, provide input and QA/QC the water supply alternatives developed by Zone 7 <br /> Zone 7: <br /> - Develop and compare all needed information for other water supply alternatives to recycled <br /> water as developed in the above tasks <br /> - Summarize the comparison into tables, figures, and text to be included in the report <br /> Task 7. Reports <br /> The Feasibility Study will be developed and copies submitted as outlined below. Comments on <br /> the Drafts will be incorporated and finalized into a complete Final Feasibility Study. The study <br /> will be distributed as follows: <br /> • Administrative Draft -to the City (electronic only) <br /> • Draft—to the City and Zone 7 (electronic only) <br /> • Final Draft—to the SWRCB and BoR (electronic only), and <br /> • Final Report - submitted to all and made publicly available. (electronic and 2 hard copies <br /> to the City) <br /> Split of Services under Task 7: <br />
