Safety Division. Such transformers shall be screened by landscaping or contained <br /> within an enclosure matching the building and with corrugated metal or wood gates. <br /> All Transformers shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permits. The project developer shall attempt to locate transformers at the rear of the <br /> site. <br /> 27.At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be <br /> utilized on the site except as allowed by Section 18.96.060K of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code for grand openings or by Section 18.116.040 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code if approved as part of a temporary conditional use permit. At no <br /> time shall spot lighting be used in conjunction with such grand openings and/or <br /> promotional events. <br /> 28.There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or leaf blowing between the <br /> hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> 29.Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times <br /> of construction. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure <br /> as part of the building permit plans. <br /> 30.The project developer shall submit a separate sign design review application for the <br /> proposed monument sign. <br /> 31.Final inspection by Planning Division is required prior to occupancy. <br /> 32. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Director of Community Development as part of the building plan set prior to the <br /> issuance of a building permit. Said landscape plan shall be detailed in terms of <br /> species, location, and size. Plant species shall be of a drought tolerant nature with <br /> an irrigation system that maximizes water conservation throughout the development <br /> (e.g., drip system). <br /> 33.Except as otherwise conditioned, all trees used in landscaping shall be a minimum <br /> of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons. <br /> 34.The applicant shall install an automatic irrigation system for all landscaping, <br /> including the landscaping installed in the City right-of-way. The site irrigation design <br /> shall utilize low-volume drip, bubbler, or other water conserving irrigation systems to <br /> maximize water conservation to the greatest extent possible. The irrigation systems <br /> shall include a soil moisture, rain sensor, or other irrigation efficiency device. The <br /> proposed type of irrigation efficiency device shall be shown on the plans submitted <br /> for the issuance of building permits. <br /> 35.The width of the planting strip adjacent to the easterly property line opposite to the <br /> proposed compact parking spaces shall be increased by approximately two feet. <br /> This increased area shall be landscaped.
