Pleasanton TOD Standards and Design Guidelines____________________ <br /> <br />Review Process <br />All development applications for sites 1, 2 and 3 will be review <br />the Planned Unit Development (PUD) process, which will include r <br />recommendation by the Planning Commission and approval or denial <br />Council at noticed public hearings. Subsequent amendments to approved <br />development plans, if determined to be minor after public notifi <br />approved by the Community Development Director but are appealabl <br />Commission and City Council. Major amendments will require additional review, <br />public hearing and approval by the City Council. Although devel <br />sites 1,2 and 3 will be required to meet all the Core Standards, <br />exercise discretion in the application of the other development standards contained in <br />this document, if such proposals meet the intent and purpose of As is <br />typical with all design guidelines, some flexibility is warranted where specific <br />circumstances would make application of the guideline infeasible and/or undesirable, <br />and where an alternative proposal fits with the Vision and inten <br />document. <br /> <br />B.
