That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br /> and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br /> street or public service easement be privately <br /> maintained by the property owners or through an <br /> association approved by the City. <br /> <br /> That approval of the water supply and distri- <br /> bution system be withheld pending final design <br /> and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br /> satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br /> system meets both the immediate and long range <br /> requirements for supplying water in this area. <br /> <br />34. That the developer comply with any and all appli- <br /> cable requirements of the cross-connections control <br /> and backflow prevention device programs required by <br /> the California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br /> <br />35. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br /> City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br /> Council approval of the development for any water <br /> meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br /> to a building permit. <br /> <br />36. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br /> lot of record within the development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />37~ That approval for the number, type and location <br /> of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, <br /> review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br />38. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be withm <br /> held pending final design and until the developer <br /> has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br /> connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br /> meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br /> ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br /> tributary areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
