4. Both parties understand and agree that concession service facilities and <br /> storage areas at the Firehouse Arts Center are limited. Little Valley Winery will <br /> primarily prepare all food items offsite and transport them and beverages to the Firehouse <br /> Arts Center on the day of the performance at a time agreed upon with City staff. Some <br /> limited, over-night storage may be available for non-perishable items and equipment <br /> when concessionaire services are required on multiple successive days. <br /> 5. Little Valley Winery will obtain, and hold, at its own expense, all necessary <br /> and required alcohol and food services licenses, permits, certificates, etc., as issued by the <br /> appropriate regulatory agencies, for the duration of this Agreement. Little Valley Winery <br /> personnel will follow all prescribed food and beverage sanitary service procedures as <br /> required by the appropriate regulatory agencies. Little Valley Winery will be responsible <br /> for the reporting and payment of all state sales taxes related to concession sales. <br /> 6. Little Valley Winery and other personnel hired by the Little Valley Winery, <br /> in conduct of the services contemplated hereunder, shall abide by all rules and regulations <br /> of the City's Community Services Department. <br /> 7. Little Valley Winery shall provide the City with a complete list of all food <br /> and beverage items proposed for sale in advance. All proposed food and beverage items <br /> must be approved by the City before they are offered for sale to the public. <br /> 7 <br />
