Section 2: <br /> <br /> Article 3 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space and <br />Screening and Landscaping Regulations) of Chapter 2 <br />(Zoning) of Title II (Zoning and Development) is hereby <br />amended to add Section 2-5.50 (Satellite Earth Station <br />Site Development Standards) to read as set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br /> If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or <br />phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be <br />invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of the <br />ordinance. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this <br />ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, <br />clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that <br />any one or more other sections, subsections, sentences, <br />clauses, or phrases be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley <br />Herald" a newspaper of general circulation published in <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on September 17, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on October 1, 1985 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R. ~ERCER, MAYOR <br />~a~mes R.
