Section 2: Article 3 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space and Screening and Landscaping Regulations) of Chapter 2 (Zoning) of Title II (Zoning and Development) is hereby amended to add Section 2-5.50 (Satellite Earth Station Site Development Standards) to read as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the ordinance. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more other sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, or phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
