This policy provides progressive sanctions for patrons that display a pattern involving <br /> intentional, repeated, or regular "missed service" activity. The progression process ranges from <br /> ounseling, a written warning, to a three (3) or six (6) day suspension. Riders can formally appeal <br /> ny sanction. <br /> 12.
