Commissioner Pentin: <br /> With respect to the discussion on Commission Packets on page 21, <br />Commissioner Pentin clarified that he was not receiving reports and materials of <br />other Commissions’ meetings but only the agendas and minutes of commissions <br />such as the Housing Commission, the Parks and Recreation Commission, and <br />the Youth Commission. He indicated that he would prefer to receive these <br />documents via email instead. He added that with respect to documents other <br />than the Planning Commission packet, he would like to receive them in pdf <br />format, which would save more trees and time. <br />Commissioner O’Connor: <br /> Modify the seventh paragraph on page 10 to read as follows: “Commissioner <br />O'Connor inquired if there was a condition that this be included in the CC&R's <br />since the City does not enforce CC&R’s." <br />Chair Olson: <br /> Modify the sentence in the second paragraph on page 14 to read as follows: <br />“Chair Olson commented that reducing the speculationspeculative nature of the <br />project.…” <br /> Modify the sentence in the tenth paragraph on page 16 to read as follows: "Chair <br />Olson noted that the applicant had indicated that the project is somewhat phased <br />would likely be constructed in phases." <br />Commissioner Blank moved to approve the Minutes of September 15, 2010, as <br />amended. <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner Narum. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />The Minutes of the September 15, 2010 meeting were approved, as amended. <br />c.
