REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no revisions or omissions to the Agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. PTR-7981, Mike Bedker, Americap Property Solutions <br />Application for Tentative Map approval to subdivide a 0.876-acre parcel <br />located at 3835 Vineyard Avenue into ten residential lots for <br />townhouses and three common-area lots. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development – High Density Residential) <br />District. <br />Chair Olson advised that he owned property in the vicinity of this project and indicated <br />that should there be discussion on the matter, he would recuse himself due to a conflict <br />of interest. <br />Commissioner Blank moved to find that there are no new or changed <br />circumstances which require additional CEQA review of the project, to make the <br />tentative map findings regarding the acceptability/suitability of the project, and to <br />approve Case PTR-7981, subject to the Conditions of Approval as listed in <br />Exhibit A of the staff report. <br />Commissioner Narum seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES, September 29, 2010 Page 4 of 21 <br /> <br />
