• When copying and pasting into ZoomGrants, some punctuation marks were changed to something else. Also spell check would be nice • Print is very small • Easy to save, preview, edit and review • Being able to submit electronically more convenient • 2,000 word limit to answer questions; satisfactory space except for community collaborations question • Some difficulty uploading; City staff very helpful • Somehow ended up starting new apps, even when trying to continue to initial app; this affected my notice that grant was received because they had others they were waiting for • Easy! • Ability to log out and have information saved; paperless submission. Did not like inability to format the information into columns • Liked the way the complete document printed out • The character counter was very helpful. Initially it was difficult to figure out how to open a second application for the same funding opportunity. This was updated by ZoomGrants during the application phase and was an excellent improvement 10. Take an opportunity to provide us with any general or specific feedback regarding the questions in the application (e.g., detail, length, clarity, etc.) • Good questions and appreciated the length (neither too long or too short for responses) • Putting a word limit on each answer caused us to focus our answers - excellent idea • Some seemed a bit repetitive, but overall they were easy to answer • Clear and concise • Appreciated the more specific questions • Some questions were vague and I wasn't sure what was being asked • ZoomGrants saved everything and it was easy to access the program again 11. Were the application deadlines reasonable? Do you feel you were given adequate time to complete the application? • Yes • Helped to have reminder emails • Difficult to complete more than one, given time constraints • Timeline was fine but end of January is a difficult time due to quarterly reports for various agencies being due that month • Very reasonable Page 30 of 32
