For those classes of projects described in Sections 18.20.010(B)(7), (B)(8), and (B)(9) of <br /> this chapter, the zoning administrator shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the <br /> application in accordance with the purposes of this chapter. No notice shall be given prior to <br /> the zoning administrator's action on these classes of projects. <br /> 2. For those classes of projects described in Sections 18.20.010(6)(1) through (B)(6), and <br /> (B)(12), and (B)(13) of this chapter, the zoning administrator shall send notice of the <br /> applications to the surrounding property owners. The zoning administrator shall determine <br /> the area within which property owners are to be notified by mail. If within seven days of <br /> mailing such notice, the zoning administrator receives a request for a hearing, the zoning <br /> administrator shall schedule an administrative hearing within seven days. Either <br /> administratively, if no hearing is requested, or after conducting the administrative hearing, <br /> the zoning administrator shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the application <br /> in accordance with the purposes of this chapter. <br /> 3. For that class of project described in Section 18.20.010(6)(4 -314) of this chapter, the <br /> zoning administrator shall send notice of the application to surrounding property owners <br /> within 1000 feet of the project site. If within seven days of mailing such notice, the zoning <br /> administrator receives a request for a hearing, the zoning administrator shall schedule an <br /> administrative hearing within the time frame established by law for decision making on <br /> projects. Either administratively, if no hearing is requested, or after the administrative <br /> hearings, the zoning administrator shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove the <br /> application in accordance with the purposes of this chapter. <br /> K. Amend Title 19 Subdivisions Chapter 19.12 Administrative Provisions as follows: <br /> (1) 19.12.020 Responsibilities — Director of housing-and community development. <br /> The director of housing-and community development or his or her designee shall stamp the <br /> date and time received and be responsible for the expeditious processing of such maps and <br /> prompt referral thereof to the pertinent governmental agencies and affected utility companies, <br /> both public and private. The director shall coordinate the dissemination of information <br /> regarding the proposes subdivision of land. The planning commission shall consider the <br /> written reports of the public agencies in recommending approval, conditional approval or <br /> disapproval of the proposed subdivision. Distribution may include, but is not limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> A. The county planning commission; <br /> B. The planning comrnission of any other city within three miles of the subdivision; <br /> C. The district engineer of the Division of Highways of the state; <br /> D. The affected school district or districts; <br /> E. The sity fire department; <br /> F. The county health officer; <br /> G. The city engineer; <br /> H. The county surveyor; <br /> I.
