Amend Title 18 Zoning, Chapter 18.20 Design Review as follows: <br /> (1) 18.20.040 Procedures., Subsection B. <br /> B. An applicant for a project requiring design review by the zoning administrator shall <br /> submit a site plan avid /or architectural drawings or sketches showing building elevations <br /> and /or details of the structure, or other such plans, reports, or data as may be required by <br /> the zoning administrator to evaluate each project. <br />
