Ordinance No. <br /> Page 12 <br /> (2) 19.12.070 Review board — Preliminary map review. <br /> Prior to the filing of a tentative map, the subdivider shall submit to the community <br /> development director 25 copies of the plans, together with a the fee set forth in the Master <br /> Fee Schedule of -90 which will not be refundable and such other information concerning <br /> a proposed or contemplated development as is deemed desirable. The community <br /> development director will then, within 14 days, schedule a conference of the review board <br /> with the subdivider on such plans and other data, and the review board will make such <br /> general recommendations to the subdivider as shall seem proper regarding such plans or <br /> data, and shall recommend consultations by the subdivider with other public or private <br /> agencies as may be disclosed by the plans to be interested. <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br /> its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br /> Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office <br /> within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 3.
