Resolution No. PC-2002-77 <br />Page 4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Greenbriar Homes for Vesting Tentative Map <br />approval for 17 single-family detached units within the "medium density" <br />vineyard village area totaling seven acres, a vineyard estate lot (one-acre <br />building site) with associated vineyards (10 acres), and open space (3.8 <br />acres); and associated streets, Old Vineyard Avenue trail, and related <br />infrastructure located on Lot 28 in the Vineyazd Avenue Corridor Specific <br />Plan (APN 946-1350-015-03), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
