Resolution No. PC-2002-68 <br />Page 3 <br />No such easements exist. The Iron Horse Trail improvements will respect <br />the existing gas, power, and water utilities located within or along this <br />corridor. The project anticipates the conversion of a portion of the Mohr <br />Avenue right-of--way to private use. This closure of Mohr Avenue is <br />consistent with General Plan policy and its previous vacation further east. <br />No utilities aze located within this right-of--way. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed subdivision is well <br />designed and in keeping with the requirements of the previously approved <br />PUD development plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Ponderosa Homes has for Vesting Tentative <br />Map (Tract 7381) approval to subdivide approximately 92.51 acres into <br />193 residential lots, a Pleasanton Unified School District facility option <br />site, a Presbyterian Church site, a senior apartment site, a private pazk, <br />several owners' association landscape/trail pazcels, and associated streets <br />and other infrastructure located northwesterly of the Operations Service <br />Center, between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue and easterly of the former <br />Southern Pacific Railroad Corridor, subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
