A stub connection is provided for the future golf course <br />bypass road to the east. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed subdivision is well <br />designed and in keeping with the requirements of the previously approved <br />PUD development plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of the City of Pleasanton for Vesting Tentative <br />Map (Tract 7372) approval to subdivide 345.8 acres into 34 new buildable <br />lots plus three lots for the existing home owners; land area to be set aside <br />for wetlands' mitigation, and special status species habitat azea, land to be <br />conveyed to the City of Pleasanton for the Municipal Golf Course and <br />public open space, and miscellaneous public and private infrastructure <br />improvements including a municipal water tank, sanitary sewer pump <br />station, and stormwater detention ponds located approximately 500 feet <br />southeasterly of the junction of Happy Valley Road and Alisal Street, <br />subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
