Resolution No. PC-02-38 <br />Page 4 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is <br />attractive, well designed, and in keeping with the themes, policies, and <br />requirements of the Bernal Properties Specific Plan and PUD development <br />plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-02-4M, the application of Bernal <br />Partners, L.L.C. for a modification to the Bernal Properties PUD <br />development plan to allow a 1,300-square-foot drive-through carwash and <br />alcoholic beverage sales from the convenience market located at 1875 <br />Valley Avenue (southeast corner of Bernal Avenue and the Valley Avenue <br />extension);, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
