12. The uses and activities at the site shall be those listed in Exhibit A. The <br />hours of operation of all uses at the site including all school and religious <br />activities shall be those listed in Exhibit A. Minor modifications to the <br />hours of operation may be allowed, if prior approval is granted by the <br />Planning Director. The Planning Director may opt to forward requests for <br />changes to the uses and activities to the Planning Commission for its review <br />if said changes are deemed substantial. <br />Lighting <br />13. The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the exterior of <br />the building and for the parking lot for the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. The lighting plan <br />shall be consistent with Section 20.36.110, "Commercial Buildings- <br />Lighting", of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />Parking <br />14. The multipurpose room shall be used for overflow sanctuary seating no <br />more than five times a year, unless the Planning Director determines that <br />the applicant has secured adequate off-site overflow parking within the <br />immediate vicinity. <br />15. A minimum of 59 parking spaces shall be provided on site. No more than <br />40% of the parking spaces shall be compact. The parking spaces shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of building permits. The <br />final design and location of the parking spaces is subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director. <br />16. The drop off location in the front parking lot shall be removed or relocated <br />such that the front parking lot meets all Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />requirements. The removal or relocation of this drop of zone shall be <br />shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. If the <br />drop off zone is to be relocated, the location and design of the drop off zone <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director. <br />17. The drive aisle widths shall be clearly shown on the plans submitted for the <br />issuance of a building permit. All drive aisles widths shall meet the <br />minimum requirements of Chapter 18.88 of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code. As determined by the Fire Marshall, some drive aisles may be <br />required to be painted and/or posted as fire lanes. <br />PCUP-46/PDR-182 <br />Page 3 <br />
