<br />r <br /> <br />Commissioner Akin moved to schedule for a future agenda a review of the regulations that <br />govern flagpoles with a possible recommendation to the City Council. The Commission concurred with Chairperson Maas. <br /> <br />r" <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas reported that the house on the corner of St. Mary and Pleasanton Avenue <br />which has been under construction, still has no landscaping. Mr. Swift reported that the project <br />has not been finaled yet and still has temporary power. He further reported that there is no <br />landscaping requirements in any of the residential zones. He did note that the City has an anti- <br />ugly ordinance. Chairperson Maas advised that she would like to have staff contact the property <br />owner regarding this concern and an update provided to the Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts advised that someone is opening a Christmas tree lot on Vineyard <br />Avenue and questioned whether a permit is required. Mr. Swift advised that staff will look into <br />this. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny expressed concern about the temporary power pole that is attached to the <br />top of the portable toilet at the Mendez property on Ray Street. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan reported that the City Council passed the Commercial Green Building <br />Ordinance.
