COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that the Housing Commission would like to take a position on <br />Measure V, which is a political issue in the community. He noted that he was unable to <br />participate in the discussion because of a family commitment, and as the co-author of <br />Measure V, had continued the item.
