Waterhouse Manaeement ComDanv <br />Application for (1) conditional use permit and design review approvals to allow <br />the addition of three mobile home spaces in the existing RV storage/car wash area <br />for property within the Hacienda Mobile Home Park located at 3231 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and (2) a variance from the Municipal Code to reduce the rear yard <br />setback from the required 30 feet to three feet. Zoning for the property is RM-4 <br />(Multiple-Family Residential; 4,000 square feet site area/dwelling unit). The <br />Plarming Commission will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the <br />project. <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />Continue to October 9, 2002. <br /> <br />c. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that she was tired of seeing the picket fence and old <br />equipment in front of the antique store on Stanley, in addition to all the signs approved by <br />- City Council. She believed it was an eyesore, and did not belong in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that there were dying Italian cypress trees on the Barone <br />property between the parking lot and both hotels. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted that he would advise Mike Fulford of the situation, and would ask him <br />to look into it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that a green spa building designed by her son-in-law was <br />featured in a magazine. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a. Future Planning Calendar <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Sullivan, Mr. Iserson confirmed that staff <br />would work to place the Green Building Ordinance on the fIrst October meeting of the <br />City Council. The Energy Plan would probably be brought before the Plarming <br />Commission on October 9, 2002. <br /> <br />b.
