Extension for Tentative Tract Map 7176, MardeI LLC <br />Application to allow a one-year extension of the tentative map approval for a <br />twelve-lot residential subdivision located at 4456 Foothill Road. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD-RDR/LDR (Planned Unit Development-Rural Density <br />Residential/Low Density Residential) and West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay <br />District. <br /> <br />Continued to July 10, 2002. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />PUD-21, City of Pleasant on <br />Application for Planned Unit Development development plan approval to <br />construct an approximately 90-space City park and ride lot to be located on an <br />approximately one-acre site at the northwest corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Johnson Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />G&LI (General and Light Industrial) District. <br /> <br />,..- <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Phil Grubstick represented the City of Pleasanton. He noted that the deadline for federal <br />grant funding was near, and was dependent upon the approval of this item. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts inquired whether they were still working on the landscaping. Mr. <br />Grubstick replied that they were. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan believed that Stoneridge would become a traffic nightmare, and <br />hoped that this would alleviate it. He noted that regarding PV panels, the Energy <br />Advisory Group had discussed whether the City should set an example. He was not sure <br />how that would apply in this case unless there was battery storage. Mr. Grubstick noted <br />that there was a ten-year lease on the property, and was not sure if it could be released. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that he would like to see more space dedicated to bicycle <br />racks, as well as space for electric vehicle charging stations. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />June 26, 2002 <br /> <br />Page 19 <br />
