Tentative Tract Map 7385, Centex Homes <br />Application to subdivide approximately 67+ acres into 47 lots located at 1465 and <br />1689 Vineyard Avenue (Lots 19 and 21 within the Vineyard Corridor Specific <br />Plan area). Zoning for the property is PUD-MDR/OSNineyard (Planned Unit <br />Development - Medium Density Residential/Open SpaceNineyard) District. <br /> <br />Continued to July 10,2002. <br /> <br />f. Work Study Session for the East Side Area <br />The purpose is to elicit Planning Commission dialogue on land use, circulation, <br />and other General Plan Element issues relevant to the East Pleasanton area. <br /> <br />,--. <br /> <br />This item was continued to the meeting of July 10, 2002. (After later discussion, this <br />item was continued to the August 14 meeting.) <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan inquired about the Green Building Ordinance. Ms. Seto replied <br />that it had not been well received by the Economic Vitality Commission. <br /> <br />Ms. Seto advised that her last Planning Commission meeting would be on July 10, and <br />that she had accepted a position with the City of Fremont. She noted that would enable <br />her to work in her hometown, and would present opportunities in her particular fields of <br />interest. The Commissioners wished her well, and added that she would be missed. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a.
