Ms. Seto further advised <br />that in reviewing the conflict of interest code, Commissioner Roberts is allowed to participate in <br />the discussion as a member of the public, which is different from the advice Ms. Seto had <br />previously given to Commissioners Kameny and Roberts. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts stepped down from the dais. <br /> <br />Heidi Kline apologized for the late delivery of the staff report. She noted that this a work session <br />and the Planning Commission is not being asked to take any formal action. She advised that this <br />item could come back before the Commission in a work session or a public hearing. She noted <br />that two items related to this project were distributed this evening. The first, which was provided <br />at the request of Commissioner Sullivan, is an excerpt ofthe Centex Homes' conditions of <br />approval relating to pest management requirements, Green Building requirements, making the <br />homes "pv-ready," and constructing the homes to facilitate telecommuting. The second is the list <br />of Green Building requirements proposed by Greenbriar Homes with a cover letter that expresses <br />concerns about the job site recycling requirement and making the homes photovoltaic-ready a <br />standard, rather than an option. Ms. Kline advised that the Pest Management Practices Program <br />is also included with these materials.
