Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 7162, TTK Partnership <br />Application for a vesting tentative subdivision map to subdivide 36.39 acres into 12 new <br />buildable lots, two non-buildable open space parcels, land to be conveyed to the City of <br />Pleasanton for a portion of the Municipal Golf Course, and miscellaneous public and <br />private infrastructure improvements including a stormwater detention pond. The subject property is located in the Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan Study Area approximately 500 feet northeasterly ofthe junction of <br />Happy Valley Road and Alisal Street, and is prezoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- SRDR, GC, LDR, and NOS (Semi-Rural Density Residential, Golf Course, Low <br />Density Residential, and Agriculture/Open Space) district. <br /> <br />Continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />d. PCUP-46/PDR-182, Livermore Valley Jewish Community Center <br />Application for design review approval and conditional use permit approval to construct <br />two buildings: (1) an approximately 9,735-square-foot single-story building consisting of <br />a 2,250-square-foot sanctuary, a I,440-square-foot multipurpose room, a 530-square-foot <br />kitchen, a 340-square-foot library/conference room, 2,250 square feet of classrooms, <br />1,100 square feet of offices, and miscellaneous areas such as hallways, display areas, <br />storage areas, and bathrooms; and (2) an approximately 1,71 O-square- foot sanctuary <br />addition and a 6,490-square-foot building for school activities to be constructed between <br />the years 2010 and 2020. The property is located at 2500 Stanley Boulevard near the <br />intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Bernal A venue. Zoning for the property is PUD-C <br />(Planned Unit Development - Commercial) District.
