He further noted that there are over SO listings for homes over <br />$700,000. He stated that there needs to be some consideration by the Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission to start considering people with income levels such as his to be able to purchase a <br />home in the City. He commented on a newspaper article stating that the City of Livermore is <br />finally starting to consider approving developments with smaller homes, because they are <br />beginning to realize that they are building nothing but large homes, with no consideration for <br />people such as him. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Item 6.b., Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 7162, TTK Partnership, and item 6.c. Vesting <br />Tentative Subdivision Map 7372, City of Pleasanton, were continued indefinitely. Item 6.f., <br />Consideration of the Vineyard Corridor Development Agreements was continued to the May S <br />meeting. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Referral from the City Council to delete the requirement for shared-private parking <br />(modify Condition #11 and delete Condition #12) from the approval of Case PDR- <br />121.240 Spring Street <br /> <br />/""' <br /> <br />Heidi Kline presented the staff report, providing background on the application and the City <br />Council's review of the in-lieu parking agreement. She noted that at the City Council hearing, <br />the City Council determined that the requirements for the reciprocal shared-private parking <br />should be deleted. She reported that this item was referred to the Planning Commission as the <br />conditions of approval required shared parking. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that Mr. Mendez expressed concern at the Council meeting that he <br />was not given equal treatment in regard to the number of in-lieu spaces for which he has to pay <br />for his property on Ray Street. Ms. Kline remarked that the projects on Spring Street and Ray <br />Street did not receive any preferential treatment as to the required number of in-lieu spaces.
