APPROVAL OF MINUTES - April 9, 2002 <br /> <br />The minutes of the April 9, 2002 meeting were approved as submitted. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY <br />ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Ray Winther, 4502 Pleasanton Avenue #AI, advised that he has been a Pleasanton resident for <br />18 years, with an income of $65,000, and is prequalified for a home loan of $279,000. He <br />reported that the City of PIeasanton is gravely missing that niche in its housing market in the <br />price range that he can afford. He noted that he does not qualify for the affordable housing units <br />that are offered through the Walnut Hills development.
