Commissioner Maas -would like to see a left turn lane available from the driveway exit on <br />to Valley Avenue <br />Commissioner Arkin - concurred with Commissioner Maas <br />The Commission agreed that the type of establishment that is appropriate for the site would <br />determine the amount of restaurant seating and parking. <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />1. Commissioner Roberts - appropriate to add sycamore trees or whatever type of tree that <br />will be planted to replace the walnut trees that were removed <br />Commissioner Harvey - sycamore trees would be appropriate to help tie the landscaping in <br />with what is there <br />Commissioner Sullivan - also tie it in with the landscaping that will be installed for the <br />residential development <br /> <br />2.
