He requested that when the parking issue is reviewed in six months, the need <br />for the easement and whether the interval between classes is appropriate also be reviewed. <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas suggested that the condition regarding the opening in the fence between the <br />two properties not be deleted, as this will allow the applicant to proceed if it is determined that <br />this is needed after the parking issue is reviewed. <br /> <br />Jim Loney, 1082 Harvest Circle, advised that he is the owner/operator of the Round Table Pizza. <br />He noted that they support the yoga studio as it will add to the diversity of the Downtown and <br />will bring people into the Downtown area.
