PRZ-ll, City of Pleasant on <br />Proposal to amend Chapter 18.44 (C Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 <br />(Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the P1easanton Municipal Code <br />to permit tutoring with City approval. The Planning Commission will also consider a <br />negative declaration prepared for the application. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Ms. Kline presented the staff report, describing the background of the proposal.
