r- Commissioner Roberts moved to approve Case PDR-164, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B.2." with the modification that two parking spaces be removed to allow for more substantial landscaping on the corner area adjacent to the expansion. Chairperson Maas advised that while she appreciates the added landscaping, she does not feel comfortable with the massiveness of the expansion on that corner. c. PRZ-ll, City of Pleasant on Proposal to amend Chapter 18.44 (C Commercial Districts) and Table 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses) of Title 18 (Zoning) of the P1easanton Municipal Code to permit tutoring with City approval. The Planning Commission will also consider a negative declaration prepared for the application. -- Ms. Kline presented the staff report, describing the background of the proposal. She noted a correction to Exhibit "A," changing the number of students from "seven" to "six" under the conditional use category. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED No one spoke.
