PUD-15, Bay Area Self-Storal!:e/Michael Walsh <br />Application for PUD rezoning and Development Plan approval to allow the construction <br />of an approximately I 39,928-square-foot self-storage facility, including a 2,700-square- <br />foot manager's apartment, on a 6.89-acre portion of an 8.46-acre site located at 3100 <br />Valley Avenue on the northwest quadrant of Valley Avenue and the Union Pacific <br />Railroad right-of-way. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />I (Industrial) District. The Planning Commission will also consider the negative <br />declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to November 28, 2001. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />PUD-87-22-1M1PCUP-39, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints <br />Application for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />and for a conditional use permit to change the land use of approximately 1.97 acres of <br />vacant land behind an existing church located at 3574 Vineyard Avenue from six single- <br />family residential lots to a private park to be used for outdoor church-related events. The <br />zoning for the property would be changed from the PUD-MDRIP and I (Planned Unit <br />Development-Medium Density Residential/Public and Institutional) District to the PUD- <br />P and I (Planned Unit Development-Public and Institutional) District.
