Ms. Seto
advised that the Planning Commission could send a letter representing the views of the Planning
Commission. Commissioner Maas stated that she would not feel comfortable asking the City
Council to support the draft compact. She further stated that she would like to send a letter of
general support for the process to create dialogue. Commissioner Harvey stated that his
comments are technical in nature, and he does not have any fundamental issues with the concept.
Commissioner Roberts noted that each Commissioner also has the opportunity to provide
comments individually.

Commissioner Harvey proposed that the letter include support that measurement indicators have
been included.
