<br />Commissioner Harvey returned to the dais. <br /> <br />,,-- <br /> <br />b. PUD-80-16-19D & 11M, Providian Bancorp <br />Application for development plan approval and a major modification to PUD-80-16 to <br />allow the construction of a three-story, 90,000-square-foot building on the Providian <br />Bancorp campus located at 4940 Johnson Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. The <br />Planning Commission will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to September 26,2001. <br /> <br />c. Review of the 2001 Growth Mana2ement Report <br /> <br />Continued to September 26, 2001. <br /> <br />d. PCUP-36, Dale Morris <br />Application for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00 p.m. at <br />the Toby's restaurant to be located at 30 W. Neal Street, Suite 110. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - CoO (Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Continued to September 26,2001. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />,-. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts commented on an article in the New York Times regarding cities that are <br />either accessing fees on larger houses, because they use more resources, or requiring more green <br />building measures for larger houses. She provided a copy of the article to staff. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Chairperson Sullivan, Ms. Kline stated that she would report back <br />to the Commission regarding the scheduling of the green building ordinance for Planning <br />Commission review. <br /> <br />Chairperson Sullivan asked if the approval letter for PDR-148 was for the wireless facility being <br />processed through Alameda County. Ms. Kline advised that this approval is for a facility at Carr <br />America. Ms. Seto advised that staff will be meeting with Supervisor Haggerty and County staff <br />regarding the proposal for the facility on Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />Ms. Maas commented on the approval for the installation of a sign for the Amador Theater, <br />noting that it is a long time in coming and it is great to have a new sign for the facility. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a.
