91 <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br /> Ordinance No. 1489 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br /> waiving further reading thereof, approving PUD- 90 -10, the <br /> application of Joseph W. Callahan, Jr., for PUD rezoning and <br /> development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site <br /> from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential <br /> District and to construct 24 townhomes at 600 Palomino Drive, as <br /> set forth in the Staff Report, subject to the condition that <br /> the selling price of all four moderate - income units be based on the <br /> Oakland PMSA moderate - income level, as proposed by Mr. Callahan. <br /> (Y) The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> T Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> z ABSTAIN: None <br /> 7.
