RDA will use research associates in collection of survey data, stationing them in public <br /> locations where target populations congregate, including bus transfer stations, health clinics, <br /> and community centers, and have them conduct surveys as a guided interview. RDA will also <br /> develop an on -line survey which will be emailed to each organization listed in the "Pocket <br /> Guide" to ensure social service provider input. <br /> Task 2.4 Inventory Update and Development of Outreach Database <br /> RDA will build and maintain a comprehensive database of stakeholders and providers included <br /> in the inventory update. The database will include an unduplicated list of individuals, their <br /> contact information, and a demographic analysis of participants for ongoing assurance that we <br /> are reaching out to consumers, family members, people from underserved communities, and <br /> broad age groups in all three cities. We will keep track of participation and demographics for all <br /> focus groups and surveys. At the close of the contract, RDA will provide the Department with <br /> the database in Excel or Access format for future outreach efforts. <br /> Phase 2 Deliverables: <br /> • Outreach, logistics and facilitation for 20 key informant interviews, 15 focus groups, and <br /> a survey to reach additional stakeholders <br /> • Comprehensive Inventory of Human Services programs being provided <br /> • Inventory /Outreach database in either Excel or Access format <br /> Phase 3: Research and Reporting <br /> For the stakeholder process to be successful, it must include input from a broad array of <br /> consumers and service providers representing age spectrum, ethnic and <br /> neighborhood /geographic diversity, and a variety of special needs constituencies.
