Stormwater pre- treatment will be implemented on the project site through a combination of bio- swales and artificial treatment devices. The treated stormwater will then be piped to the City's storm water detention /retention ponds on the adjoining City property to further treat the stormwater before its entry into the Arroyo De Las Laguna. These ponds were constructedin conjunction with the first phase of the Bernal property Specific plan and will sized to accommodate the stormwater runoff from the Pleasanton Gateway property. Discussion The proposed project is an infill office /commercial proposal in the area covered by the Bernal Property Specific Plain, PUD Development Plan, Final Environmental Impact Report, and Development Agreement. These plans and agreements will be amended and /or modified to change the entitlements for this site including uses, building and site design, and the requirements applicable to this development.
