Stormwater pre- treatment will be implemented on the project site <br /> through a combination of bio- swales and artificial treatment devices. The treated <br /> stormwater will then be piped to the City's storm water detention /retention ponds <br /> on the adjoining City property to further treat the stormwater before its entry into <br /> the Arroyo De Las Laguna. These ponds were constructedin conjunction with the <br /> first phase of the Bernal property Specific plan and will sized to accommodate the <br /> stormwater runoff from the Pleasanton Gateway property. Therefore, this would <br /> be a less than - significant impact. <br /> 17.
