Its <br /> build -out was previously reviewed and approved by the Bernal Property Specific <br /> Plan, PUD development plan, and Finial EIR Its population is transient in nature <br /> and would not constitute direct or indirect growth inducing impacts for the City of <br /> Pleasanton. Therefore, this would be considered no- impact. <br /> b -c) The proposed project will not displace substantial numbers of people or requiring <br /> replacement housing be provided. Therefore, this would be considered no- <br /> impact. <br /> 13. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> Environmental Setting <br /> The City of Pleasanton has public services and infrastructure planned to meet the build out <br /> of the 2005 — 2025 Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> Standards of Significance <br /> For purposes of this environmental document, an impact is considered significant if the <br /> proposed project would: <br /> • Create an increase in demand for police protection services which could <br /> substantially interfere with the ability of the Police Department to provide adequate <br /> response time to the project site; <br /> • Create an increased demand for fire protection services that would substantially <br /> interfere with the ability of the Fire Department to provide adequate response time <br /> to the project site; <br /> • Crease an increased demand for schools that would exceed existing school <br /> capacity; or, <br /> Page 44 of 52 Pleasanton Gateway Initial Study August 2, 2010 <br />
